Textbooks are PAST due…
Parents, please double check at home in case your child forgot to turn in his or her textbook. Textbooks were turned in last week, and we have over 20 kiddos on the missing textbook report. Please ask your child today if they have turned in all their textbooks.

Can you believe this school year is over!?! I know we can’t!
On the last day of school we would like to have an ice cream social to celebrate a great school year.
If you are able to help with ice cream donations, please email me (Ms. Mulready). We have 132 students in 7C. All types of cones (premade), popsicles, and any other self serve type of ice-cream is welcome 
.

7C Field trip Information!!
Hello 7C parents! On Friday, May 25th, 2012 we are going to the Downtown Aquarium.
We will leave school at approximately 8:45 and return back to campus by 1:45. The cost of the field trip is $14.00 for students. Students will be required to bring a snack lunch.
If you are interested in chaperoning this field trip please email me (Ms. Mulready) no later than May 9th. We will need at least 10-11 chaperones. This is will be a fun filled day for all! Chaperones will be chosen based on the order in which I receive emails.

This week in science: Human Body Systems
Structure of the Integumentary System reading and questions due 1/4 or 1/5 depending on what day you have science.
We have many labs coming up. These labs can be very expensive. If you are able to donate any of the following items it would be greatly appreciated (by me and the kids!). If you are able help in anyway, please email me. I am basing the numbers below on 5 classes (132 students). Some of the items are per group, and others are per class.
Yearbooks!
Parents and Students:
Only 500 yearbooks have been ordered and this number will not be increased. Reserve your yearbook today! The only way to be guaranteed a yearbook is to pre order online at http://www.balfour.com/yearbooks.php.

7C Supply Request
We are requesting some more supplies for next semester. Students can bring it to any of the core teachers and we will accept it. Thanks!
Wish List: graph paper, glue sticks, scotch tape, pens and pencils.
7C T Shirts
We are extending t-shirts sales through Monday (12/12). We currently have 60 (out of 132 students) shirts sold! We really want to show how much sprit 7C has.
TOY DRIVE EXTENED!
I would like to thank all of the 7C families who have given to the Pin Oak toy drive .
As a campus we have decided to extend the toy drive through Monday (12/12). Why you ask? The toys collected from each house will go directly back to Pin Oak families in need. We want to make sure every child has a wonderful holiday season.
Toy Drive
Pin Oak will be hosting a toy drive to help children less fortunate. There will be a box located in the 7C science class classroom for students to drop off toys. There will be a grade level cluster winner; so let’s show the POMS how compassionate 7C is!
